Newborn Photographer Delaware CountyMiss sweet girl arrived with her lovely mama and we got down to the business that I love, posing itty bitty babies and highlighting how adorable and perfect they are.We also indulged in a bit of my second-favorite business, chatting and having a little coffee while the baby nurses. It's also a really favorite part of the sessions for me, because I really love getting to know people - hearing their story, finding out how people met (I don't know what it is that makes that so intriguing for me, but I love hearing the story of how people got together!), where they came from and who they are. So, I do like the downtime in sessions when we get to chat a little bit for reasons that I may label my extreme extroversion. Soft pinks are one of my favorite things ever, second is that pink feather headband. Look at her little fingers, her sweet cheeks, her itty bitty lips. She's divine. More pink, this time in an itty bitty bed with an itty bitty flower. I love how round she looks in this little wrap, like a little nugget. <3 Love this little smile, this little bear hat. Also, that sweet little heart is one of my favorite props ever. Ranunculus are my favorite flowers. Pink ranunculus especially. I love her surrounded by them, and especially with one tucked behind her ear. Mama was an exceptionally good assistant for us to get this adorable froggy pose with a half smile that can't be beat. More pink, more perfect. I love parent photos. Beaming daddies and overjoyed mamas make absolutely lovely subjects. I always think of the Roald Dahl quote: "If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely". I think I need to get something like this in my studio to remind some of the beautiful yet reluctant mamas to GET IN THE PHOTOS.
