Philadelphia Maternity Photographer | Tattooed Mom

I posted recently on my Facebook page about an inquiry I received a little while ago from a mom-to-be. I called it my favorite inquiry in recent memory, but the truth is, it might actually be my favorite session inquiry ever. Now, when she told me that she found me from "the great googler", she had me already. But then, I read on, and found this:I will be a tattooed mom. Recently while at Disney a women approachedme and told me I should be ashamed of myself because I am pregnant andtattooed (and unmarried - welcome to 2012, Lady). I never even thoughtof the two as a juxtaposition but she took me by surprise - she wasdisgusted. So in the spirit of the 'f you' I want my maternityphotos to capture my tattoos as well. I like your work and aminterested in some information.  I do notwant something too traditional and I don't think I want to be nakedunless you can photo shop away cellulite and stretch marks :) I amhoping to do the shoot closer to my due date and am shopping aroundnow. I am due june 1 and was hoping early May for the shoot. We livein xxx and work in Philly. Thanks for your time and I lookforward to hearing from you.You tell me you wouldn't fall in love with someone like that! So, I knew I needed to do this session. This is what I talk about when I talk about "finding my people" or my people finding me, rather.And, do the session we did. Where else would we start but Tattooed Mom's on South Street?! You know we had to! We moved on to capture some beautiful sunlight at a park, and I got to see the fun-loving and each-other-loving-ness of this couple. It was so sweet to witness how much they truly enjoy each other!I was loving all of that beautiful light, too!  And, let's just talk for a minute about how being pregnant totally suits this beautiful woman. She is positively glowing and beaming, isn't she?  Hey, a baby is totally cause for celebration!J & A & baby Egg, you guys completely rule. I had so much fun with you.
