Newborn Photography | Calvin's Baby Sister

One of the biggest compliments that I can get from a client on my newborn photography is them returning for another newborn session when their baby's siblings arrive. I was so happy to hear that Calvin was getting a baby sister. I looked back through his newborn photos so that I could see if we could replicate any of the photos from his shoot or at least use some of the same fabrics or props. Plus, Calvin is soooo cute that I was looking forward to seeing his cute little face again.Baby Sister arrived and she was just as adorable as her Big Brother. I had such a blast photographing them. Plus, he's such a sweet big brother. That smile. His little hand. Right? <3 He has on jeans, people. AND A VEST. Yes. Cheeks, too. Isn't he darling. And look at her. Sweet Pea. I love this. This is life with a toddler, right? (There are some where he absolutely put his tongue back in, but how cute is this one?)I absolutely love when parents get in the photos. Baby Sister, you are so loved.Dad too. I'm realizing that I'm going to have to go over my "usual share number" of photos - which, in case you were wondering, is five. I figure that most people's attention span is about five. Her little fingers, her perfect lips - it's the details that I always love in a photo. We photographed Calvin on this fabric, in a similar pose, when he was in for his newborn session.Like I said, I have a lot of favorites. Just think of all of the ones I didn't share! There are many.It was so lovely to get to see these clients again. It's really true for me that once I meet and work with a client, they feel more like a friend. One of the best parts of the session was, when it was just quiet and the baby was feeding, getting to chat with her sweet mama. It was great to see you guys again, and to meet Baby Sister.
