Let’s not lie: it’s HARD to be a new parent. Not only has your body just spent almost a year creating a human being but then you got it out of you in a physically exhausting way, no matter what that way was. And, sometimes, that’s honestly the easy part. You are full of bliss, naturally, and love your baby but meeting their round the clock demands can leave you bleary eyed and begging to sleep.
I am often in awe of the people who bring their new little ones to my studio. It’s early on in their journey and they are getting it done. Yes, everyone figures it out, but I am meeting it in the thick of it.
They are always gracious, kind, beautiful and capable.
This stunning family is no exception. And they brought the dog that was their first baby as well. Just lovely, kind and spinning all the plates well.
And then, this baby. This perfect, darling, angel baby that they brought me. I’m pretty sure she had them up like, the entire entire night before the session. But she was a literal dream baby for me. Like, she did every single thing I asked of her. And look at the results omg. I love these so much.
JUST ALL THIS TEXTURE and then bam - the gorgeous baby cherry on top. Love this.

Stars. And a star band. Maybe it’s because this drop is called 80s princess or Rainbow Brite something but I want to put this in my Lisa Frank sticker book with the backing on it so it doesn’t get ruined. If you know you know.
