Philadelphia Maternity Photographer
When trying to find a Philadelphia maternity photographer, have you ever noticed that they often want to shoot in the evening, never at noon? There's a reason for this, and it doesn't have to do with the fact that we often stay up editing our photos into the wee hours of the evening. Okay, that last part is actually true, but it still has nothing to do with that fact. That's why they make coffee. Duh. I usually drink coffee up until I actually get into bed - I'm impervious to caffeine at this point. But I digress. I do like to do the majority of my photo shoots in the evening, if I can, because the sun is low and the light is dreamy and golden and not overhead and you can do amazing things with it, things like lens flare and just generally bathing your subjects in beautiful light.Like this. That dreamy light occurs at the time before sunset - see how low the sun is in the sky? That magic light is so, so perfect. Also - I love how the simple black dress highlights her beautiful growing form. So classic and perfect in this scene. Love this black and white. LOVE her hat. Love her genuine laugh. I'm posting these two, even though they are similar, because I love them both and I feel like the lens flare makes them different. Love the wide variety of looks we got here out of this location. I feel like this looks like a painting. A mama's gotta have her dog. Are you noticing the Sia vibe here? Intentional. :DI think this is my favorite of the day. What love looks like. Or should. If you are looking for your own Philadelphia maternity photographer, I'm your girl!
