Philadelphia Newborn Photographer | Baby Makes Three
Often, I am told at my sessions that I have a lot of patience. And, while, I love receiving a compliment (okay, who doesn't?!?), I wonder - who are these people who are impatient with babies? As a Philadelphia newborn photographer, I often have to wait on babies, sometimes moving so slowly to get the fingers the way that I want them, or tweaking a pose in a way that seems so slight that you may not notice it. This is a perfect profession for a perfectionist - well, kind of! :) You will see the things you want to perfect, and that makes for a great newborn photographer! But sometimes you may be so compelled to make the photo perfect that it takes a bit longer because you just can't live with imperfect posing! So, you need patience to make it perfect.
I have to say - some of these images are in my opinion so happily perfected that I can't choose a favorite from the setup to share. So, I forewarn you - there's a LOT of photos here!
Love every angle of these.

Think this is more "Uh-Uh!" or "Tell me more!"?
I'm a big big fan of monochromatic pieces in a setup - or at least all of the pieces being from the same color family. I love the purples in this, and love how the flowers tie in with the rest of the pieces.
Loving this setup so much. A friend calls this the baby chicken nugget pose. I would say he's not wrong - although with his own baby he said he wanted to sort of "pop" them in his mouth and eat them! :P I get it.
Maybe it's because I zoom in like a crazy lady when I am editing to make sure that everything is perfect, but I had to include this closer-up version because her lashes were so perfect.
This setup is again a study in monochromatic love - but with the flowers. I love the yellow with babies, and I LOVE adding in flowers to this setup!
Babies just go perfectly with flowers.
And, one final photo with flowers. Just of a different type. I love this fabric so much and was crushed to learn that Hello Little Props, my supplier, is discontinuing it for good. I was hoping to buy a backup copy!
More flowers, differently.
